At Florence and the Machine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
